Ford Taurus SHO

For the first two generations of the Ford Taurus SHO, it was known mostly for its engine. Its exterior looked very much like any other first generation Taurus. It was not a classically beautiful car, but it certainly wasn't a bad looking one. Some owners claim that it is one of Ford's most attractive sleepers cars. Listed below are the five most notable Ford Taurus SHO sleepers cars.

Subaru Legacy Spec. Subaru Legacy Spec.

Subaru Legacy Spec. The Subaru Legacy Spec B is one of the Subaru sleepers cars. This car looks more like a lesser version of the sedan than a performance model. It has 18-inch alloy wheels, a dark silver paint job, and red leather interior. The Spec. The Legacy manual B is the only one with a navigation system. It also features a 5-speed manual transmission. It uses the same driveline that the Legacy.

Saab 9-2x Aero

The Saab 9-2X aero is the performance version the nine-year-old nine seater. Similar to the Subaru WRX this car had a flat four engine with turbochargers, and a 5-speed manual transmission. The styling is identical to the Subaru WRX, with a similar appearance and firmer suspension. It also has softer dampers. Saab engineers also adjusted the suspension to make it more responsive. The suspension has firmer springs, stiffer bushings for the front control arm bushings, and a better handling. The 9-2X Aero is slightly heavier than its sister but can still accelerate from 0-60 in under five seconds.

Tesla Model X

Although the Model X full has larger brake calipers with 20-inch wheels, it is still better for everyday commuting or longer distances. The Model X's low-profile tires, and the lower-profile wheels make it a poor choice for city streets. However, the performance version is better suited for track racing. These are just some of the considerations that you need to keep in mind when deciding on a sleeper option for your Model X.
